Shipping & Return Policies

  • Processing Time

Generally takes 1-10 business days to ship out upon confirmation of your purchase.

Pre-order items follow with set schedule, and ship out as we planned. If we receive the goods earlier, we will start quality checking process, and then packing and shipping.

  • Production Time

All pre-order items take 4 - 8 production weeks to produce, including the time shipping goods back to us.

  • Shipping Time

Depending on the location and delivery service provider, the approximate delivery time will be:
- United States 2 - 3 weeks 
- Canada 1 - 2 weeks

  • Delivery

We do not have the control over the delivery once we ship them out, and we are not responsible for the lost or stolen packages. Please let us know if there's anything wrong with the package arrived.

When during peak season or holiday season, it may take longer time to arrive,  please placing order earlier for a better delivery result.

  • Tracking Numbers

Most of the packages with flat products will be shipped in a cardboard envelope or mailer for a better pricing on delivery fees, therefore there won't be provided with tracking numbers. 

  • Use a correct address, PO Boxes are not acceptable

You are responsible for using an address with correct spelling, to receive the package. Please use an address that works for you.

  • Undeliverable end up returning

If the courier cannot deliver, the order will return to the print partners, and we cannot replace or refund for this. However arrange a reship to an alternative address on your own expense is possible.

  • Package arrive with issues

We recommend you to record upon receiving and unboxing the package, as we will need a proof of damaged goods when unboxing. And then we can offer a replacement once the issue is deemed our mistake.

  • Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply, we are not responsible for this and the delays due to customs.

  • Returns & Exchanges & Cancellation

All sales are final. We DO NOT accept any returns, exchanges or cancellation once purchased.

  • Refunds

If the pre-order set can't be completed due to any incidents, we will honor and ship out the remaining part of the set, and refunds the missing part by default value as mentioned in the product description, except freebie. We will start refunding process within 10 days once delivery is completed.
