After the personalized order is placed successfully, it takes 1 to 2 days for our team to create the design for you. When the design is ready, we will happily send it to production.

• How to add my custom information

Just a simple way to add your personalized name and text, filling up the text box with the information at the check out page, depending on the requirements of the product, only the information needed will be used.

• Oh... it happened: I forgot

If after an order placed successfully, and you might missed leaving the personalized content, always welcome to write a email to us with your order number and the information needed.
